Returns & Exchanges:
There will be NO refunds with no exceptions. All orders submitted are final. Only under extreme circumstances will an order be reviewed for refund opportunity.
If awarded and refund is late or missing, please contact credit card company and/or bank. Usually it may take time or have a certain processing time before refund is posted. If you have checked with company and/or bank and there is still an issue with your refund, please contact us at BigBlessedME@Gmail.com
Only regular priced items may be exchanged within 7 business days of original purchase date if received defective or damaged. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and should use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance as we can NOT guarantee we will receive item being returned. If you feel as if you need an exchange, feel free to send us an email at BigBlessedMe@Gmail.com. Sale items will NOT be refunded or exchanged. (If item is on sale due to damage or defect, a description of that should be listed.
Shipping:
Big Blessed strives to exceed in customer service therefore all orders no matter the size, cost, or location will be shipped as soon as possible. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 business days for transit depending on shipping location. Once shipping label is created and item is packaged, you will receive a tracking number at the email address you provided with purchase. Most orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (Signature Required).
Under no circumstances will there be any meet-ups.
